Order Issues / Exchange & Return Policy

There could be several reasons why your payment has failed: Your Internet connection on your device is poor. You do not have enough balance in your payment account. If it is none of these reasons, feel free to contact us with a screenshot of the error message (if any) and we will be more than willing to help.

Amendments or cancellations cannot be made once your order has been confirmed! As we want your order delivered as soon as possible, we send it for processing once it is confirmed.

Our Customer Service team will get back to you as soon as possible on your next course of action. For incorrect items received, you will receive a return postage label to return your item(s). Shipping will be borne by you and we will send you your replacement with free shipping. Please kindly ensure your items still have their tags and original packaging intact, are unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

Online purchases cannot be exchanged through our Boutique stores. There will be no handling fee if you have ordered the wrong size all you will need to do is pay the shipping fee.

However, if the clothing is defective or we have made an error with the size, we will cover the shipping costs.

We will email you with a code that contains the same amount you have spent on the item. The code may only be used by you and once only.

Returns are only accepted within 15 days of the date of purchase. This includes both offline and online stores.

Your item(s) need to be unwashed, unaltered, unworn, and have their tags on.

For us to facilitate an exchange, you must have a valid receipt or order number for your purchase. Sale items are strictly non-refundable but they can be exchanged for an item of similar value if there are defectives.

We do not have express shipping currently but we are working on it. Thank you for being patient with us. However if you really need an item, visit our Boutique stores to make a purchase!

Unfortunately, we would not advised the above as we would like your parcel to be safely delivered. Hence a signature is required when receiving your parcel.

Not to worry! Ninja van has a 3-attempt delivery so you can accept the parcel if you miss it the first time.

We will try our best to rearrange delivery to your new delivery address if your order has not been processed or shipped out.

Yes you can! Just click on the self collect button instead of shipping. You can collect your purchase after 3 working days at the shop of your choice.

Orders are usually shipped out within 3 to 5 working days and delivery by Ninja Van from our packing facilities to your local shipping address will generally take between 1 to 3 days
